My yoga home is in a room downstairs from the co-op. I love this peaceful space for yoga and the community that has grown around it.
All props are provided. Please bring a yoga mat (limited mats are available if needed).
Enter the building through the middle set of doors (between the cafe entrance and the main entrance), head downstairs, and find us down the hall.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to your practice.

There is a beautiful yoga loft above LeeAnn’s PT clinic just off of Rt. 40 at the DE line. LeeAnn Nelson has been my PT, friend, and mentor for decades; she is a healer like none other. I am most honored to be invited to share this space.
