Feeling Scattered?
Hi folks,
It's scatter season! As we leave behind pitta season and come into the vata dominant time it's not unusual to be disorganized, indecisive, dry in the body, or have irregular digestion amongst other symptoms of vata imbalance. Vata is dry, cool, and mobile. The opposite brings balance. Slow down, eat warm foods that aren't drying, practice gentle yoga & meditation. What else can you think of to bring balance?
I'm super psyched for this 6 week Yoga Fundamentals series. We're going to get to really dive into the practice to deepen and refine. We'll also spend a little time on yoga philosophy and its vast and varied history. This series is good for both brand new beginners and (maybe especially) continuing students looking to go deeper. Can't make every class? Makeup options are available.
The next Restorative Yoga is Oct. 5th. Class is limited to 10 and there are 7 spaces available, so go ahead and register here for our monthly peaceful Sunday afternoon practice.
