Planting the Garden

Hi Folks,

I hope you are enjoying this beautiful spring weather! This Sunday is going to be the last Restorative Yoga until fall unless I hear from enough of you that you'd like to continue. Please take a few minutes to fill out this simple 10 question survey. At this point, I don't have any more dates booked for Restorative, but I will absolutely bring it back come September.

Planting a garden

When we are out of touch and out of sync with natural cycles--and there's plenty of that in our culture-- our lives can feel like we're constantly pushing water upstream. But when we slow down enough, we can simultaneously observe and experience the natural cycles of this earthly experience which leads to ease and balance in all aspects of our lives. There are many, many (many, many, many) reasons to grow your own food and putting us in touch with these cycles tops my list. Plus you can grow some tastier and more nourishing foods at home than you can purchase in the store. No yard? Container gardening is lots of fun and something I did for many years. Newbie? Start small- give some herbs a try!

I want to hear from you!

Speaking of natural cycles...Summer almost always means smaller classes and I look at fall as the beginning of the school year for yoga classes too, which means it's time for me to look at "next year" already! I would greatly appreciate it if you would fill out this simple, 10 question survey. Have something to say that isn't covered in the survey? I always want to hear from you, so send me an email or talk to me after class!
